Debbie Wright has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for decades. Originally from Houston (and fiercely retaining her Texas citizenship), she moved here to Tampa Bay in the early 80’s and has witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth in this area. She holds a degree in Information Systems, and previously worked for years in retail management for a well-known music company with more than 40 locations across America, in supply-chain management, as both a buyer and as an analyst. In 2007, she moved into commercial real estate appraisal, and in 2011, she made the leap into residential real estate.
This appraisal background is a key benefit to her clients. Debbie can “put on the appraiser’s hat” and educate both buyers and sellers about the true value of what is usually their biggest investment- their home. She is keenly attuned to this market, and can spot not only potential issues, but also hidden benefits and value that could affect final price. She is experienced in all aspects of buying or selling a home, even the trickier cases, like short sales, foreclosures, and even life-change circumstances like divorce or bankruptcy.
But where Debbie truly shines is in her customer service. If you expect a “professional” relationship with your Realtor, that’s not her. Debbie treats her clients more like a friend than a customer, constantly looking out for your interests like you are family, not merely a client. She'll give you the unvarnished truth, for good or for ill, because you need to hear it. She is the next best thing to having a sister in the real estate business. This close connection she builds results in immense customer satisfaction; so much so, that roughly 95% of her clients are direct referrals from previous satisfied buyers and sellers. Debbie does very little advertising; her referral business keeps her extremely busy.
